Give this one a flick and it just keeps going 🌀 The middle spins dead freely, and the clever bit is the air vents built into it, you can actually feel the air getting pushed around as it whirls. It's small enough to keep in your pocket and pull out whenever your hands need something to do. It's a 3D printed fidget spinner that prints in one go with the spinning bit already moving, no putting together needed. The air vents aren't just for show, they help it carry on spinning that bit longer, which is a proper satisfying detail to design in. The filament's a shiny green, orange and blue mix that shifts colour as it turns, so it almost looks like it's changing while it spins ✨ I print every one myself here in Glasgow, made to order. It's 45mm long and 15mm wide, printed in non-toxic PLA. I don't know why this thing is so satisfying but it just is 🌀 The spiral grooves feel amazing when you run your thumb along them, and once you pick it up you kind of just... don't put it down. My friends at school all wanted one. It's actually two separate parts that twist together — a black spiral and a pink/gold spiral that lock into each other to make the cone shape 🔥 The way they interlock is genuinely dead impressive and it means the colour contrast is really sharp, like the two pieces are almost chasing each other up to the tip. Every one is made to order so the exact blend of the pink/gold can shift a bit print to print, which I think makes each one feel a bit more special. 55mm tall, 30mm wide — fits perfectly in one hand. Both parts printed in PLA, which is non-toxic and biodegradable ♻️. Made to order by me in Glasgow, so you're not getting something mass-produced from a warehouse.
